Birds singing out my window in atchison kansas, an american robin, a chimney swift, and some others i'm not sure of. You can hear the neighbor kid's tv on the other side of the wall in the background along with the roar of distant trains and traffic. Recorded at just before 06:00 this morning with lifecam hd300 about 4 feet from the windows. Edited in goldwave with a highpass filter cutting down some of the rumble below 70hz.

Some raw and dirty random samples of a small, out of tune yamaha pianino (upright piano) at a friends flat. There's noise of my laptop and there even might be some traffic noise in the background. Also no string scratching etc. In this pack. Nevertheless i thought it might be better to share the samples, than to have them just rot on a drive. I suggest throwing them into your software or hardware sampler of choice, manipulate them and listen what you come up with. Cut in ocenaudio. No noise-reduction or other processing has been applied. This might work well as a creep for sound designers. I used a lightbulb as a slider on an old guitar. It's not edited, so by manipulating it, you might get something creepy out of it. Recorded with a neumann tlm103.
